Delete your GoatedGoats account

You can permanently delete your account and associated active-service data whether or not the mobile app is currently installed.
Delete from the app or website
- Sign in to GoatedGoats.
- Open Profile & Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review and complete both confirmation steps.
The deletion begins immediately. It removes your authentication account, profile, farms and records you own, goats, listings, conversation data tied to the account, notification registration, and user-owned files in active Storage. The action cannot be undone.
Request data deletion
While signed in, open Profile & Settings and select Request data deletion to submit a privacy-rights request without immediately closing your account. Your account remains active while the request is reviewed.
If you cannot access the service, email privacy@goatedgoats.net from the address associated with your account. We will verify account ownership before deletion. Do not send a password or identity document unless we specifically request a safe verification method.
Limited retention
We may retain narrowly limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law. Deleted data may remain temporarily in protected backups until overwritten under provider schedules and will not be returned to active use except for disaster recovery.
